Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Syntax website, dashboard, loader and software (together, the "Services"). "We", "us" and "our" mean Syntax, the operator of syntax.win. By creating an account, buying a license, redeeming a key or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our products are third-party software that modifies or assists play in online games ("Software"). Game publishers generally prohibit this kind of software. Read the sections on game bans and detection before you buy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. By using the Services you confirm that you are.

You may not use, buy or access the Services if you are:

• An employee, contractor or affiliate of a game developer or game publisher
• An employee, contractor or affiliate of an anti-cheat company or organization
• Acting on behalf of, or passing information to, any of the above
• Barred from receiving the Services under the law that applies to you

Accounts found to fall into any of these categories are terminated without refund.

An account is for one person. Keep your password and any sign-in codes private; you are responsible for everything done under your account. Give us an email address you can receive mail at — it is where license keys, sign-in codes and security notices are sent. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication in Settings.

Do not share, sell, lend or transfer your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, change your password and contact support straight away.

Buying a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the period you paid for. It is a license to use, not a sale of the Software, and each license is for one person.

Licenses are hardware-locked. On first launch, a license binds to a hardware identifier (HWID) for the machine it is activated on and runs only on that machine afterwards. If you change or rebuild your hardware, open a ticket to request an HWID reset. Resets are reviewed by support, granted at our discretion, and may be refused where the pattern suggests use on more than one machine.

• Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. We may change prices, run sales and offer coupons at any time; a change does not affect an order already paid.
• Card and Apple Pay payments are handled by our payment processor, and cryptocurrency payments through our own checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• After payment, your license key appears on your order page and is emailed to you. Guest buyers receive the key by email and must redeem it to a Syntax account to use it, since the loader signs in with that account.
• A subscription's time starts when its key is redeemed, not when it is bought. Redeeming a key for a product you already have adds its time to your current subscription.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again.
• A key is a one-time code. Once redeemed it cannot be used again, and an unredeemed key you give to someone else becomes theirs to redeem.

We do not offer refunds.Keys are delivered instantly and give immediate access to digital software, so every purchase is final once its key is issued. That includes changing your mind, buying the wrong product, the Software not running on your setup, a product being detected or marked "Updating", and any ban on your game account.

If something is wrong, open a ticket first — we will work to fix it, and may extend your time where a product was unavailable. The full statement, including how this interacts with rights the law gives you, is in our Refund Policy.

No detection status is a guarantee. The status shown for each product is our honest assessment at the time, and it can change without warning when a game or anti-cheat updates.

When a game patch or anti-cheat change breaks a product, we mark it "Updating" or "Detected" and work on a fix. We may pause, change or withdraw a product, or discontinue it entirely. Where a product is unavailable for an extended period, we may extend affected subscriptions at our discretion; downtime does not create a right to a refund.

Updates are delivered through the loader's auto-updater. Keep the loader current — older builds may stop working.

Using the Software carries a real and unavoidable risk that the game publisher suspends or permanently bans your game account, and may ban your hardware. You accept that risk by using it. We are not affiliated with any game developer or publisher and have no control over their decisions.

We are not responsible for lost game accounts, items, progress, purchases or hardware bans, and a ban is not grounds for a refund. Other software running on your machine, including other cheats, macros or overlays, can raise the risk of detection.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, lend, rent or distribute your license key or account
• Use one license on more than one machine, or try to defeat the hardware lock
• Tamper with the Software — patching, modifying, repacking, injecting into, hooking, debugging or emulating it, or running it under a debugger, virtual machine or sandbox to analyse it
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or try to recover its source
• Interfere with the loader, the auto-updater, or any license, integrity or anti-tamper check
• Leak, mirror or redistribute the Software or any part of it
• Probe, attack or overload our systems, or access another person's account
• Exploit a bug in the Services for an advantage instead of reporting it
• Make fraudulent purchases, or use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Harass staff or other customers, or abuse the support process
• Use the Services for anything illegal

Key sharing and tampering are the most serious violations. A license used by more than one person, distributed in any form, or used with modified Software is revoked immediately and permanently, without refund, and the account and hardware may be blacklisted.

The shoutbox, direct messages, reviews and our Discord server are for customers. Keep them civil, on topic and free of personal information about others, spam, scams and links to other software. Staff may remove content, mute or warn you, or remove you from community spaces, and these do not entitle you to a refund.

• Shoutbox messages are deleted automatically 24 hours after they are posted.
• Reviews can be written only by customers with a completed order, are published under your username (or as "Customer" if you choose), and can be edited or deleted by you at any time. We may hide a review for its content — abuse, personal details, off-topic material — but never for its rating.
• By posting content, you give us permission to store and display it on the Services for as long as it is published. You remain responsible for what you post.

Approved resellers can generate license keys using coins, a prepaid credit bought from us. Coins:

• Can only be used to generate keys on Syntax
• Have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or refunded
• Cannot be transferred to another account
• May be removed if bought fraudulently, charged back, or held by an account we terminate

Keys generated by a reseller are subject to these Terms in the hands of whoever redeems them. Resellers act independently, are responsible for their own customers and sales, and may not misrepresent the Software or Syntax. We may suspend reseller access at any time.

Keys a reseller generates are for their customers only. Resellers may not redeem or use their own keys, whether on their own account or on any other account they own, control or share. To enforce this, we compare the IP addresses and hardware IDs of the accounts that redeem a reseller's keys with the reseller's own. A key used in breach of this may be revoked, and the reseller may lose reseller access and any coins without refund, or be banned.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your license and account, with or without notice, where we believe these Terms have been breached or where needed to protect the Services or other customers. Depending on the breach, this may include:

• Revoking a license key and any time left on it
• Banning the account from Syntax services
• Adding your hardware identifier to our HWID blacklist, which stops that machine activating any future license, including one bought on a different account
• Refusing future purchases and removing reseller access or coins

Enforcement does not entitle you to a refund, and unused time on a revoked license is forfeited. If you think we acted in error, contact support and we will review it.

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without doing so is treated as payment fraud: it results in an immediate and permanent ban from all Syntax services, including a hardware blacklist, and resolving the dispute does not restore access.

The Software, loader, website and their content belong to Syntax or its licensors. These Terms give you only the license described above. Game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the games our products work with; their use does not imply any endorsement.

The Services and Software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with your system or games, and non-detection. You use them at your own risk.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost game accounts, items, progress, data, profits or hardware bans, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, or takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and significant changes are announced on our Discord. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a provision straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a change of ownership.
