Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The Software has not been extensively used or activated on multiple devices
  • There is no evidence of abuse, fraud, or chargebacks
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same product

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, open a support ticket in our Discord server with the following information:

  • Your email address used at purchase
  • Order ID or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The request is made after the 24-hour refund window
  • The license key has been shared with others
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed
  • The product is temporarily in an "Updating" status due to a game patch
  • You were banned from the game while using the Software

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 48 hours. The funds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Syntax services. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues before taking further action.
